ABOUT THE COACH

I'm Synthia Smith, President and Success Coach for CTP Coaching. I am committed to providing the information, motivation and inspiration to my clients that will empower them to attain the kind of human relations skills necessary to achieve great personal and professional success.

I've earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Work/Sociology as well as a Master of Science Degree in Human Relations Management/Organizational Development. I've spent the last two decades providing powerful human relations skills coaching to scores of individuals and organizations, which has empowered them to reach higher levels of personal and professional success.

As a business owner, woman and mom, I incorporate into my own Personal and Professional life, the human relations skills I use to empower my clients to achieve extraordinary success.
